Listing
Listing is the process where a private company makes its shares available for public trading on a recognized stock exchange. To do this, the company must meet regulatory requirements, disclose financial details, and pass checks set by the exchange and regulatory bodies. Once approved, the company goes public, allowing investors to buy shares.
